Sunrise Family Credit Union is excited to announce our system software upgrade coming in October 2023!

We will be closed on Monday, October 2, 2023. October 3, 2023 is the first day the new system will be operable.

Access to the credit union via online banking and mobile banking app may be offline during the time period described above.

 

Beginning Friday, September 29, 2023

Access to the credit union via ATM/Debit, online banking and mobile banking app will be offline and cash limits will be limited.

What will Change?

  • New Operating Software

  • New Mobile Banking App

  • New Card log in access

  • New online Banking

  • New person to person transaction using Zelle coming in December

Access to the credit union via online banking and mobile App will change. We will be closed on Monday, October 2, 2023. The first day for all changes with the new system will be operable October 3, 2023.

Our SFCU website will remain functional through the transition, however your online banking and mobile banking App may be offline during the time period described above.

 

What should I do to prepare?

  • Make sure your contact information is updated by contacting the credit union or logging into your online banking and making the changes.

  • Nothing will affect your atm or debt cards-smooth transition.

  • If you are an online user,  it is imperative that you make sure your USER ID is more than 6 characters long and you are not using your Member ID to sign in. Sign into your account on our website today to change your login.

  • As an added precaution please plan to have an alternative access to funds during the upgrade, between Friday, September 28 and October 2 such as credit card and or cash.

  • Schedule any online activities before close of business day September 28 such as bill payments, fund transfers and check balances.

  • Copy down any scheduled transfers that may be set up on auto transfer through your online banking, these may not transfer over.

Will My account information correctly transfer to the new system?

  • The system has been tested for several months prior to the launch. All your information is secure and has been verified to ensure accuracy.

Will I be able to use online banking or my mobile app during the upgrade?

  • NO, we will be switching to a new app and website will be available on October 3, 2023. Please await instructions on our website for details on how to access our new mobile banking app and online banking platforms.

Will I be able to use my debit card during the upgrade?

  • Yes, however there will be limited access to your funds from September 28, through October 3, 2023. Please make sure you have alternative access to funds such as cash and or credit card during this time.

Will I be able to use my credit card during the upgrade?

  • Yes, your Sunrise Family Credit Union Credit card will be working as usual.

Will I be able to use ATMS during the upgrade?

  • Yes, however there will be limited access to your funds from September 29 through October 2, 2023. You will have access to funds however it will be our offline limit of ATM $100 (pin based) and Debt card used as Credit is $500. Please make sure you have alternative access to funds such as cash and or credit card during this time frame.

  • Deposits will work as usual but may not be available to you until Tuesday October 3, 2023.

  • You will NOT be able to perform balance inquiries during this time frame.
