With Teller 24, you can conduct routine financial transactions from any touch-tone or mobile telephone. Imagine handling your financial transactions from home or work, even from out of town or out of state. Also, imagine handling those transactions at your convenience... 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Check your account balances on checking and all types of savings accounts, Loan balances, payment amounts, due dates and interest rates. Get histories of your savings and loan accounts (last ten transactions).
How To Use Teller 24
Simply call the credit union at 989.684.1730 or 1.800.589.1079 to access the Teller 24 system from any touch-tone or mobile telephone.
- After the greeting, Teller 24 will ask you for your account number and your Personal Identification Number (PIN).
- Enter your account number and your PIN. If you have not set up a PIN contact your Member Service Department.
- Teller 24 will then provide you with a series of options.
- When you have completed your transaction(s), you may hang up.
- Transfers to and from sub-accounts (for example, from share to checking).
- Make loan payments.
- Request withdrawals with a check sent to you the next business day.
- Call today to request your PIN for Teller 24!
