Visa Gift Cards

The perfect gift for any occasion.

The SFCU Visa Gift Card is a prepaid debit card that’s great for gift-giving. It’s perfect for birthdays, holidays, weddings, graduations or any occasion. The card provides more flexibility than a gift certificate. You may choose an amount between $25 and $1,000, plus an additional $3.00 service fee. The recipient can choose where to go and what to buy. It’s that simple.

Effective October 3, 2016, Cardholders will no longer be able to use gift cards for international purchases. This means the gift cards can be used only for purchases in the United States.

Does this change affect cardholders who have already purchased a gift card from our institution?

Yes. If a cardholder uses a gift card for an international transaction after October 3, 2016, the transaction will be declined. All transactions made in the U.S. will process as usual.
